All refunds for courses at GRED Institute of Geoinformatics (GREd Institute) are subject to the specific terms and conditions outlined below. By enrolling in a course and making a payment, you agree to this policy.

Policy for Offline Classes 🎓

Refunds for offline classes will only be considered under the following specific circumstances:

Course Cancellation by Institute: If GRED Institute of Geoinformatics cancels an entire course before it begins, enrolled students are eligible for a full refund. If a course is canceled after it has commenced, a pro-rata refund will be issued for the remaining, un-availed portion of the course.
Enrollment Error: If a student is incorrectly enrolled in a course due to an administrative error on our part, we will provide a full refund.

Conditions for Non-Refundable Fees:

• Withdrawal: Fees are non-refundable if a student withdraws from the course for any reason, including personal or health issues, after the course has begun.
• Non-Attendance: No refunds will be issued for missed classes or periods of non-attendance.
• Failure to Meet Prerequisites: If a student enrolls without meeting the stated prerequisites for the course, no refund will be issued.

Policy for Online Classes 💻

Refunds for online courses are available only under the following conditions:

• 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, you must have accessed less than 20% of the total course content.
• No Refunds After 14 Days: After the 14-day period, or once you have accessed more than 20% of the content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
• Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the course content due to a persistent and unresolvable technical issue with our platform, and we are unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team and must include the student’s name, the course title, and the reason for the request. All refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Policy

GRED Institute of Geoinformatics does not provide any physical products. All course materials are either delivered digitally via our online platform or provided directly to students in our offline classrooms. Therefore, a shipping policy is not applicable to our business model.
